When Eric describes his historic Tamworth home, it’s the river that comes first. How, when you open the windows, the sound reaches every room. The way that the house sits perched above it, like a private castle in the middle of the forest. The home has been in the family since the sixties, and Eric has built decades of memories there. So when he and his wife decided to turn it into a vacation rental, they had some concerns.
